Mind, Body & Spirit

Club Description

Through learning about ways to keep a peaceful mind, a healthy body, and a bright spirit, we can live our lives to the fullest. We face challenges in our everyday lives that can bring stress, frustration, or discouragement. Our goal is to help students learn about how to keep a healthy mind, body, and spirit to make the most out of every day and feel better.
