ASU Election Announcements

ASU elections are the week of March 12-16. If you are interested in running for any elected office, please read over and complete this application packet and return to Mr. Nedler by 3:00pm on Monday, March 5. 

 

Being on ASU is an important job that requires a lot of time, effort, dedication and responsibility. It also is very rewarding, gives you great memories, opportunities to have fun, and gets you involved in the school and the decisions that affect every student. 

 

Please read this packet carefully. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will result in disqualification. Be very careful that you meet the GPA qualifications. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Nedler in room 614 or email him at kanedler@capousd.org. Be sure you know the deadlines and meet them. 2018 Election Application

ASU Council Applications Available Now-Due March 5

If you wish to join ASU for the 2018-2019 school year, and are a current freshmen of sophomore at Dana Hills, or will be transferring to Dana next year, you will need to apply by March 5, 2018. 

 

Being on ASU is an important job that requires a lot of time, effort, dedication and responsibility. It also is very rewarding, gives you great memories, opportunities to have fun, and gets you involved in the school and the decisions that affect every student. Currently we are looking to select current freshmen and sophomores for the upcoming school year. We will be incorporating our new members into ASU this summer, including taking them with other ASU members to the OCLA Leadership Camp, located on the campus of UC Santa Barbara, during the week of August 7-10, 2018. Please read and understand all directions and qualifications before completing your application.

Middle School Applications Now Available for Dana Hills ASU

Currently we are looking to select incoming freshmen to represent the class of 2022. We will be incorporating our new members into ASU this summer, including taking them with other ASU members to the OCLA Leadership Camp, located on the campus of UC Santa Barbara, during the week of August 7-10, 2018. We are accepting applications for freshmen at this time, and in the summer, after school begins, we will be holding elections for freshmen class officers. If you receive an appointment, you can still choose to run for an office. Regardless of outcome, you would still be on ASU.
