Spring Add/Drop Form

All academic classes will roll into 2nd semester, meaning you will have the same classes.  Click here for the new add/drop form if you find an error in your schedule for second semester.

Errors might include:

  • Concerns regarding level placement
  • Adjustments for athletics/ PE (if tryouts have already occurred)

Remember:

  • For 9th graders, CCP changes to Health and Health changes to CCP
  • For 12th graders, Government changes to Economics and Economics changes to Government
  • If you wish to add an additional course, check out the CCA Course Offerings
  • Student/Parent portal will close on Friday, December 1st

The following issues are NOT topics that require a change to a schedule:

  • Teacher change request, please see our school policy here if you are considering a teacher change
  • Period change request

You must log- in to your portal and check your 2nd semester classes.  You will not be able to make any changes on your portal but if a change is needed, complete the online request form and your advisor will call you in to discuss.  In most cases, there will be little to no change in your schedule but it is always a good idea to check. 

Once this new digital add/drop form is completed by the student it is then sent to the parent’s email that we have on file. If you need to update this information please call or see Angie Gutierrez in Guidance.  A parent must confirm the change in order for the form to be sent to the student’s Academic Advisor.

The WeTip School Safety Hotline is a toll-free hotline, available 24/7 and answered by trained operators. Students can anonymously report wrongdoing and potential violence and remain absolutely anonymous. English- and Spanish-speaking operators are on every shift.
