Graduation 2018 Ticketing Information

Graduation for the Class of 2018 is on Thursday, June 7th at 4:00pm.

After working with our community, we have determined the need for Dana Hills High School to take a more proactive step toward school safety during our graduation ceremony.  This year we will be issuing tickets to our graduation participants for their guests and maintaining a closed campus during the school day. Ticket holders will not be permitted to line up at the gates prior to 1:30pm. Gates to the stadium will open at 2:00pm. Security will be in place to monitor the situation beginning at 7:30am. People on campus waiting for gates to open will be asked to leave campus until the school day is over.

Each graduate will be assigned five tickets when they pick up their cap and gown on June 5. We realize that your family may need additional tickets. Beginning Tuesday, May 29, either the graduate or parent may come into the office during business hours and sign for additional tickets.  At this time we feel that we will be able to accommodate all requests; however, we will need to have the names of all additional guests prior to picking up extra tickets. Tickets are for stadium entrance only and will not guarantee seating, as we do have standing room available. For security purposes, additional tickets will NOT be distributed on June 7, and only those with tickets will be permitted into the stadium.

Please tell your guests that the gates will close at 3:40pm to allow the Seniors to walk down to the field and will reopen at 4:00pm. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE STADIUM DURING THIS TIME! Please tell your family and friends to be at the stadium before 3:40pm! Parking, as always this day, will be a challenge. A shuttle service provided from the Strands beach parking lot on Selva.
