Hospitality & Culinary Arts | Alissa Hernandez

Alissa Hernandez is the Culinary Arts Instructor at Dana Hills High.  She received her BA in Family & Consumer Science Education with an emphasis in Food Science and a minor in Child Development.  This is her 4th year teaching at Dana.  During her time at Dana she has transformed a traditional cooking class into an industry pathway program.

 

This session will include an overview of the program and information regarding the academy application and selection process.
