Dana’s yearbook and newspaper are award-winning, student-run publications. Both staffs offer a wide-range of positions from photographers, to copy writers, to graphic designers. You do not need experience to apply. All we ask is that you complete the application process and are a hard worker—deadlines are real. Both publications provide students with freedom of press—an enormity that you may not fully understand or appreciate, yet. Applications are available in room 706, or print the applications provided here.

A number of our students have gone on to write for their college papers including, Berkley, North Eastern, Cal State Santa Barbara. We also have former staffers working at NPR, Vogue, Traveler, and one is even the Social Media Editor for Cosmopolitan. Trust me, the skills you learn here will be applicable in your future.
