Football | Phil Skinner

We are all very excited with the work the Coaching Staff and Players are putting in this off-season. We are all working hard to build on the foundation laid in our last season. Our goal is to build our Confidence, Character, and Commitment into a Playoff berth and a Sea View League Championship.

We know now what it takes to be a more competitive, disciplined, and successful Team. Our players have set some high standards and Goals for this 2017 season. We are all "Thinking like Champions and Expecting Victory."

We are returning 28 players who have started at least 2 games on Offense and Defense. We are entering this Year with the experience and determination to be successful. Our players are working hard in the weight room and on the field with very high expectations.

Our Championship Coaching Staff and I believe that there is a fundamental responsibility to educate and train our players in the ways of Championship Football. Equally important though is the task of building young men of "Championship Character" who will become leaders in the community, at school, and in their homes as well. Our boys have responded with enthusiasm and are working hard. We are all working together to build a Championship Program with high expectations.

Please accept my appreciation for your continued support over the years and for this upcoming season. Especially, thanks to all of you – the fans, parents, students, faculty, administration, cheerleaders, band, color guard, 12th Man Booster Club, student managers, student trainers, and more – who make our Dolphin football Family the best in South County. We will need all of your support and hard work to bring it all together. I would love to get to know more about each one of our Dolphin Football Family Members. Please feel free to come by and see us when we get on the field in May for Spring Practice or catch us working hard on the field this summer.

Check out the Dolphins Football web page for upcoming events and ways to support Dana Hills Dolphin Football!

Thanks again for being a part of our Dolphin Family.
